Route 66 – Ecclesiastes

Continuing our cruise through the 66 books of the Bible brings us to a little “bump” in the road.
Solomon the chief contributor to Ecclesiastes, has tried it all and has concluded that all of life is “hevel”. Thirty-eight times he uses this word translated “meaningless”. His final conclusion is that the only thing worthy of our time here on earth is to Fear God and Keep His Commands…This is the whole duty of man..for God will bring every deed into Judgement, every hidden thing, whether good or evil. Ecc. 12:13-14
