You are invited to celebrate the Lord’s Supper with us this Sunday, April 3, during our 10:45 am worship service. 1 Corinthians 11:23-29 gives us some clear instructions: As we eat the bread and drink the cup together, it is a time for us to look back- “you proclaim the Lord’s death” (1 Corinthians 11:26) and to look forward- “until He comes” (1 Corinthians 11:26). It is also a time for us to look in-”everyone ought to examine themselves” (1Corinthians 11:28) and to look out- “discerning the body of Christ,”that is, the Church (1 Corinthians 11:29). Please join us this Sunday as we partake together.
