Route 66 – II Samuel

As we continue our “Road Trip” through the 66 books of the Bible, we find our journey in the book of II Samuel. This account takes place entirely in Israel – the Promised Land – and records the major events of David’s 40 year rule; first over Judah in Hebron (7+ years), then over Judah & Israel – the united kingdom – in Jerusalem (33 years) King David is the Old Testament portrayal of the person of Christ.
