Route 66 – 1 Samuel

What an exciting “Road Trip” we’ve had so far traveling through the 66 Books of the Bible. This week finds us in I Samuel. I Samuel covers a 94 yr period from the birth of Samuel to the death of Saul. We find King David in this book and see that he is an Old Testament portrayal of the person of Christ. Two lessons from Jesus’ own referral to the book of I Samuel about what God values most: Character over reputation and Obedience over religion. Listen and be encouraged.
